PAID EVERY TWO WEEKS? THERE'S THE BIWEEKLY LOAN SERVICING OPTION:
With the Biweekly Option, we draft one-half of
your regular monthly mortgage payment every 14 days
(26 drafts a year), equivalent to 13 payments per
year. Your extra full payment is applied to your
principal balance. You can choose which day of the
week, Monday through Friday, you'd like your account
drafted.
PAID TWICE A MONTH? CHECK OUT THE SEMI-MONTHLY LOAN SERVICING
OPTION:
With the Semi-monthly option, we draft one-half
of your regular monthly mortgage payment plus an additional
1/24th of your regular payment. Drafts will occur on the
15th and the last business day of each month. By adding
1/24th of your regular monthly payment, you will make the
equivalent of an additional full monthly payment each year.
The extra payment is applied to your principal balance.
